Hey guys! I got to take momma for a walk this morning, den when came home and ate some eggies!
Den...after that...momma started her exercising she does ebery day. I was mad she wasn't paying 'ttention to me so I started jumping on her and licking her face while she did dem situps. I just keeped bugging her and bugging her.
Den...(here's the good part)...THe part where momma needs her weights, she scooped me up and used me instead. Dat was pwetty fun once I figured out what she was doing to me. UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN. Momma says I was a real "help" today. I fink she might have been sarcastic. After the exercisin' I grabbed my leash and took momm on another walk. I am looking for my kitten that runned away...cause he was in da yard last night eatin' my food. I twied to gib him a kiss, but he runned away again.
Porky's mom: Wow, Porky sure was a pest today. We had some awful thunder and lightning last night and he has been wigged out ever since. (No rain unfortunately) I finally gave up trying to push him off of me and just decide to use him as my weights instead of fighting him. I think it will be the newest craze...Doxiecise!!! LOL I do reccommend using doxie puppies instead.. 10 pounds of doxie was a little too much weight, Plus puppies fit in your hand easier, you could have one on each side. LOL
I love it! Much better than trying to do Pilates while Berman and Lucy just stare at me with their heads cocked in total wonderment!
Porky - sure sound like you are a very busy boy making sure mom does what she is supposed to - and what a big help to be the weights !!!
Dolly and Maddie here. And yet another reason to keep up dachsies around. We're very useful. Dolly sez.....hmmmm, I wonder if mommy can arm press me? I'm only 'bout 18 lbs. Mommy sez.....NO WAY!
:walk2: Porky, it's cool thatyou get to help mom exercise. My humom does most of her exercising at the gym, but will sometimes take Abbie running with her. I guess she takes Abbie instead of me 'cause she figures my legs are too little to go as far as she goes. I bet I could keep up with her though.
Brenda here, I've never taken Charlie running with me despite that I think he'd outrun me. Has anyone ever taken their doxie running with them. On my easy days I do 2-miles, but most days I like to do 3 or more.
