Title: What temp and how long to bake a home-made pizza?
Post by: MindyKay on July 31, 2006, 01:24:35 PM
I got some whole wheat flat bread, pizza sauce, green pepper, onion, pepperoni, Italian sausage and Mozzarella cheese, with the bright idea of making healthier pizza.

What temp., and how long should I bake it?  I thought I'd try it out on myself first, before presenting it to hubby.

Thanks!

It really depends on your altitude.  For instance, I cook mine at 350-400 degrees and just watch it until it looks done.  Sorry I'm not much help. Most pizzas are done in about 20 minutes.  As far as the temperature.  I would go with 375 degrees.  I could be wrong though, so if it doesnt work I apologize!    And don't throw it at me if it burns.   Good luck!
