Sargey & Looie here: We're calling foul on Mom and Pop today! Mom had the day off and we were so excited cuz they kept talkin about a goferaride! Well, we got to goferaride but we DID NOT care for the place we ended up! We got to go to the gas station to gas the Vue and we thought, Kewl....gassing the Vue means we going someplace.....Harummmpppphhhhh! We ended up at Dr. Kevin's office and we both got shots in da rump! And to add to the trauma of Dr. Kevin's, I, Sargey got a second shot and Looie got his ears poked and then drops! How unfair is that?????????????
Dee here: It's true......Sargey had two shots due and Looie, bless his little heart had a recheck on his ears. Mr. Looie has been to see Dr. Kevin, for five weeks in a row now --- due to his ears and the problems he is having with his ear canals. In his former life, he ears were never treated for the numerous ear infections he had which caused many many problems for the little guy, so for a year now, we have been dealing with his ears. We get them cleared up and then they act up again. This last bout really kicked in full speed and he has been to see the Dr. for five weeks now. We have been trying a variety of antibiotics for his ears -- via drops along with antiinflamatories. The thing is that it is deep in his ear canal -- So, today he got a shot for antiinflammatory and drops. He goes back again this coming Thursday for another recheck. Poor little guy -- but they all love him at the vet's -- so needless to say, he gets lots of loves and eats it all up. We've had him back for so many rechecks (at the vet's request), that they are only charging me for the medicines -- no office calls or exams.
By the way, to all the doxies, Sarge and Looie did get Dingo sticks when they got home! Even though, they believe that Dingo sticks don't even begin to make up for the fact that they had to go see Dr. Kevin.
Penny says "NO FAIR"...you can't promise a ride and then go to the vet!! :cussing:

Brekke's "goferride" was out to the district office so I could pick up my pay stub for June, and then over to see my aunt - where we shared a naner. She is severely sympathizing with the boys - and poor, poor Louie! We are :pray: he gets this ear thing all :bandaid: up!
The NERVE of dem parents.......we think you should have gotten eggies for dinner TOO !!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!

PS......our mother took us to both have dentals.....ugh - WE had to stay all de day at de vets office - we didn't like that at all !!! We did score eggies for din-din !!!
Mama says she hope that Looie's ears get better real fast.......ear pain is NO fun at all......
