I was so thrilled this morning to learn that the person who killed Tiffany Souers, the 20 year old Clemson University student, was captured last night. Living only 40 miles from the university and having many friends with children attending there, it was a great relief to know this man has been caught. We actually got the chance to see many law enforcement fields work together. At first everyone around here was frustrated at the lack of information being given, but hoped it was because they had some leads. Thanks to the 21st century and DNA profiling, they know for certain they have the right person and he should never be able to do this again. If not for that, they most likely would still be thinking it was someone local or possibly even one of the students who did this instead of a repeat offender.
