Amy got her grades for the spring semester. Three "A's" and an "A-." Her fifth class, which is an on-line class, finishes up in August. An "A" is expected there as well. That garnered her a 3.9 GPA for the semester, which raised her cumulative GPA to around 3.75.
I'm proud of her, not just for the good grades, but how she has turned things around after a disastrous Freshman year. She could have easily thrown in the towel by moving back home and going to college here.
Now, her father and I REALLY have to treat her nicely...she truly will be picking out our long-term care facility, should the need arise!!! :chairfall:
:hello2: :hello2: Good work, Amy. LOL about the long-term facility comment. SO TRUE! My wieners will be choosing mine.
Congratulations to Amy! :apls: :apls: :apls: What an accomplishment! Isin't it wonderful to see our children succeed! I keep telling mine to hurry up and get wealthy so they can support me in a style I have never been accustomed to!
You SHOULD brag - that is great !!!! :hello2:
