I saw my doctor yesterday for the second time and we were able to listen to the baby's heartbeat on the doppler at just a few days past 10 weeks along. It was very reassuring. Things look to be going very well for us so far.

This is wonderful news! I'm so happy for you and your DH! Have the dogs noticed yet? Cajsa turned into a 100% accurate pregger test after I got pregnant. (even before people would pee on a stick!)
Thats great news !!! Are you going to find out if it is a boy or girl? Guess we had better organize a Guess the Birthdate contest ! Your due date is in Dec - right?
Hi Barb. We were debating on whether to find out the gender, but I think we will. It will probably be sometime in early August that we find out if the baby cooperates.
I'm due around 12/19/06, so we have quite a while before a guessing pool should start. In the past, we've tried to close out the guessing around 3 -4 weeks before the due date.
Oh Krista I am SOOOO happy for you! I remember how wonderful it felt the first time I heard my babies heartbeats. I am praying that this pregnancy goes smoothly for you....it sure sounds like things are going great so far!
We will all be expecting updates! My youngest child Alex's birthday is December 23! The best Christmas present EVER! He still is!

:hello2: :hello2: :hello2: Congratulations Krista!! What great news! I remember hearing Jessica and Greg's heartbeats and it was so amazing to me! Then to be able to be in the room and hear my grandkids heartbeats was another thing all together! I pray all will go well for you, DH and baby.
Jessica's middle son, Joe was born on Dec 16...we always make sure to have his birthday separate from any Christmas celebration. We have many Dec birthdays in our family!
