Porky here- Man life has sure been hectic since Saturday!! On Saturday I woke up and saw momma and daddy getting bags packed. Then we left for my grandma's house. When we got to grandma's house...she told us that my momma's grandpa was real sick in the ICU cause he choked on his food. "He needs to chew more." That's what momma always tells me when I choke. Then we got to go play with those kids at the youth center. Wow that was sure fun!!! I even stole a bite of birthday cake.
On Sunday, we went to my other grandma's and I got to play with their kitty all aftenoon. His name is Spike. We had lots of fun "attacking" each other. Spike is so lazy!!! He just laid there on the floor swiping his claws at me. I ran around him in circles jumping over him and biting his ears. Everybody was laughing at us. Momma says I looked like an acrobat doing all my flips and jumps. Everybody was laughing at us too, which made me give them my biggest smile. I love showing off!!! :thumb: Hope everybody else had a fun weekend! I sure am tired, all that playing wore me out.
It sounds like you had lots of fun. I hope your momma's grampa is feeling better. Hopefully the rest of the week will be restful so you can get your energy back from all that playing!
I hope grandpa feels better soon. My dad got pneumonia once because his lungs were trying to flush out a little piece of nut that got in there. HELLO??? We had to tell him there was a reason people are always saying "don't inhale your food!" And no more trail mix for him!

Update on Grandpa:
Grandpa had a ventilator in for three days and then the doctors decided they could take it out and he was fine for a day and stayed in the ICU for observation and they said he could go home the next day. Well now, He has developed a bad case of pnuemonia and has the ventilator back in. They said he can go home Friday, so we'll see. Thanks for asking about him! I'll keep you posted. He's 85 years old so its kinda worrying us.
Porky's dad is also ill he missed two days of work because of a VERY bad cough and upper respiratory infection. But, he is getting better quick.
