Anyone who watched the Oscars last night might have noticed a smooth red dachshund in the clip that showed Dame Judi Dench, nominated for Best Actress in "Mrs. Henderson Presents". She was holding the little doxie throughout the clip. It was cute!
I was also watching Corky Romano (starring Chris Kattan) yesterday afternoon on Comedy Central, and there was another smooth red dachshund in one of the scenes. The doxie gets caught in an explosion, and Corky (who is a veteranarian working undercover as an FBI agent for his mobster family) saves the doxie's life. Anyone else seen that movie? It's hilarious if you like stupid humor!
There is a doxie in the movie The Think About My Folks, at the beginning when the brother (Paul Reisner) calls the sisters. Just a brief sighting. A red smoothie. The movie also stars Peter Falk and its a great movie!!!
In the movie hitch there's one or 2 I think,and of course Disney's movie The Ugly Dachshund which I have on dvd.
