Our senior weiner is 17 today! We are so thankful that Max has been blessed with this kind of longetivity. Max, of course, is pretty underwhelmed.

Max...A belated Happy Barkday to you!!! You sure look happy on dat bed!! I prefer the couch myself, the bed is too tall for me. Hope you didn't eat too much treats for your barkday and get a tummy ache!! Around here we call aged wieners , "aged Bratwursts" :thumb: I'm still a "Lil smokey" myself so here's hoping I live to be 17 like you!!

Thanks Mack! Max send his regards to his fellow senior Ivan. I imagine if they ever met, they'd have a lot to talk about...like two old men. It would probably sound like this:

Max: Do you remember the winter of '90? It was so cold that my paws nearly stuck to the ground!
Ivan: Winter? I'm here in Florida. It's not nearly as bad as the summer of '91, now that was hot. You could fry an egg on the sidewalk.
