Title: Loading music onto an iPod??
Post by: MindyKay on February 08, 2006, 09:18:23 AM
I got an iPod for Christmas.  With Amy's help, I got some music uploaded to it, but I didn't write down the steps.  I tried loading some more music, but apparently missed a step.

Does anyone know how to load music from a CD into an iPod?  The danged thing didn't come with a manual; they must think everyone is completely computer-literate.

My husband is an iPod addict so I asked him.  He said you have to have the iTunes program. If you don't have it, then go to apple.com or Google "iTunes for windows" and download the software to your computer.  Then I think you put your CD in and upload the songs to iTunes.  After the songs are in iTunes, you can download them to your iPod.  I think you can choose specific songs in case you don't like some that are on the CD.  I hope this all makes sense.  If not, I'll have my husband get on here and help you out!
