Hello from Wisconsin! Things have been very busy around our house the last few months. We miss you guys though, and will try to check in on a more frequent basis.
From Sol: Stinky Baby dog actually tried to growl at me one time! I showed him. Sometimes now I won't even let him in our kennel. I just plunk my butt in front of the door and he can't get in. I should be able to sleep alone sometimes. I also don't share the lookout seat in the car with him anymore. He kept lickin' my face and sniffin my ears and it was annoying. :idiot: I only had to jump out of the seat and hang by my harness four or five times until Mom caught on and put me in my own spot. We still have snow in northern Wisconsin, and I'm having fun chasing chippies. Oh, and yesterday a DOG was on our lake. The nerve! Had to chase him halfway across the ice until I figured mom was really REALLY yellin and not just sorta yellin so I came back. My favorite treats in the whole world are still greenies (greenies are da bomb) but dingo bones are usually what I get. I can live with that. Baroooooooooo to all my royal subjects and their hooman servants.
Kirby: Hello! I still wag my tail all the time. :walk2: And I love to give kisses! Sol is my favorite person in the whole wide world, next to mom and dad and the mailman and grandma and the ups guy and whoever is on my street......... I am 8.25 pounds now, and full of spit and vinegar. Thats what Mom says. I don't spit, and vinegar smells funny so I don't know what thats about. I'm not big on food - I only eat when I'm starving. I'd rather have a kiss from somebody than a treat, but if I have to pick a favorite its pigz ears. I hide my bones and treats all over the house, and Sol thinks he is sneaky when he finds them and eats them. I just hide them so he can have them later. He needs more treats than me to keep his royal 'tabalism goin. I have a heated dog bed that is my new favorite place to nap. It gets warm when I lay on it an its very snuggly. I still have my first ever toy from Mom and Dad, but its destuffed and has been sewn 3 times. I don't like too many other dogs, except to bark at them. Sol chases our neighbors dog Kayla and then Kayla chases me. Its okay if I am afraid of Kayla, because she is four times the size of Sol and SHE is afraid of HIM. Oh, and I like to sleep in the big bed, cuz Sol toots in his sleep! :doah:
Oh Sol and Kirbydoodle I'm so glad you checked in with us. I was just thinking about the two of you the other day and wondering if you had disappeared completely. Sol, I'm glad you came back when you realized that Mom was Really yelling and not sorta yelling. Of course, I would have loved to have seen you running across the ice. Kirby, I think it is nice of you to hide the bones and treats for your big brother to find them. Kisses are great treats to get and better for your figure! You are both beautiful and I love the picures.
Sue, I am glad you filled us in on the pups. Isn't it funny how they seem to love to sleep on our backs? Schatzi also loves to walk up mine to get to my head, then peek around and give me kisses. It is quite sweet. How is Jon doing? Isn't he getting out pretty soon?

Sol: Look at the bright side. At least your SBD is not and SB"C" as in Cat!

Please be nice to Kirby and keep him safe. When he growls at you, it's only cuz he practicing to be just like his hero (you). Don't make yourself a stranger now, y'hear? Sol, Glad you came back when mom called, as warm as it has been the ice is not very safe right now. We don't want any extra baths in this weather!!! :pray: We had a truck go through the ice here on Sat. that was clearing the ice for snowmobile races. Needless to say they canceled the races.
Keep SBD in his place that is your royal duty!!! :thumb:

Kirby, Glad to see that you are so friendly but maybe you might tone it down a little with Sol and show him what an angel you can be. :angel4: You sound like you are trying very hard to be a good baby brother to Sol, just keep in mind to listen to your elders. :wink3:
