I really needed a laugh this morning! That is so funny. Fortunately Penny doesn't eat poo...knock on wood!

I am laughing so hard right now!!!  :2funny: Sgt & Libby are members of PEA.  They prefer cat poo to dog poo though!  They think the cat's litter box is their own personal snack box.

Bridget says:  I'm addicted to poo, and my breath and life have become unmanageable.  It's been 3 days since my last snack.  Mom will no longer enable me and has blocked access to the cat box.  Now that the snow has melted, she's picking up the poo in the yard.  We've developed a co-dependant relationship. I belive she should start her own group.  Poo-Anon.  For the loved ones of those of us who just can't help ourselves.

So glad I was able to share some smiles today!  Makes me feel better too!  :)
Poo-Anon sounds like a plan.  I"ll mention it to my hubby to see if he can write up a little something for it!  LOL  He's the one who wrote P.E.A. and the DLF Manifesto.  (DLF= Dachie Liberation Front).  That's what I get for marrying a poly-sci person who ended up in Computers instead of politics!

Thanks

I've posted it on the old board.  I'll have to dig it out.  There are a few versions of it, but I'll find one of them on my computer I'm sure!  My hubby has a quirky sense of humor and he made it sound somewhat militant.  A throwback to the dachsie's German heritage among other things I suppose.  Let me find it and I'll post it again.

HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Misty is my poo-eater.  I will hear her stromping around on the newspaper and will call out "Misty, are you eating poop?"   Or I will catch her in the act and say "Misty, no!!!"  And she will drop it.  She knows she's not supposed to eat it, but for some reason can't help herself.  Its DISGUSTING.

Dis is Dolly the resident poo eater of our fambly.  I LOVE poo and the best poo is Maddie poo!  When weeze goes out to do biddness, Mommy watches me like a hawk so's dat I don't be a pez despenser and eat Maddie's offerings.  Well, I look innocent enough and will even leave the tempting morsel (Maddie's are only as big as morsels) alone and nonchalantly patrol the yard.....la la la la la.  I will even come in after my biddness and eat a cookie.  Nuthin' out of the ordinary here.  BUT LATER ON, when I'm sure mommy has fordot about that luscious snack just waitin' for me to chomp on it, I beg to be let out.  What?  Where's my after breakfast/dinner dessert?  It's GONE!  Oh the withdrawals!  BARRROOOO!!!!  I have tried to be a good doggy, really I have, but I've GOTTA HAVE MY POO!

Dolly, Charter Member of P.E.A.

Poo is all gone because Mark is diligent about getting it up off the ground before Dolly snarfs it.  When there is a time that we catch her in action, she will promptly drop her guilty pleasure and the call goes forth..."NO KISSES FROM DOLLY!"  When I hear that decree, I know the lure of the poop has struck again and the poop picker upper was too late to stop it.  WHAT A NASTY NASTY HABIT!!

Chilie is such a Poo Eater!  She needs to be a part of this group.  She goes through phases....sometimes she'll want to turn around and eat it after she goes, and other times, she goes and just walks away from it.  I believe she may be trying to practice some restraint.  Plus, she knows she can't get away with it when Mommy's around.  Early Christmas morning (were staying at my dad's), Chilie needed to go potty.  It was very cold out, and I was awake because Lara was having a rough night (she had been up ever hour that night, which is not like her at all).  Anyway, I decided to stand in the doorway and let Chilie go out and do her thing.....bad idea!  Because I was too lazy to go and get my shoes, I watched from the doorway in horror as Chilie proceeded to eat all her poop!   :shocker:

Another night, Daddy took Chilie out, and she ate the poo of another animal!!!  Her daddy was so mad, he didn't let her sleep in the big bed that night.  So Chilie is trying to kick the nasty habit.
