Title: Our volcano, Mt. St. Augustine, getting ready to rock and roll!
Post by: PattyInAK on January 11, 2006, 09:22:04 AM
The volcano is 180 miles southwest of us.  We didn't feel any of the earlier rumblings this morning.  Here is a link.  Once it gets light out we will be able to view the Live WebCam.  In the meantime, check out the siesmic data chart.

Yikes!  It ain't a good thing when nature decides to blow it's top!  At 180 miles, are ya'll in any danger?  Evacuation plans?  Keep us informed and keep safe.

What an interesting website. I've been reading all the areas on it. Sounds like you had a couple of small eruptions this morning, but they are expecting more. Keep us up to date on this.
By the way Patty, how's the house coming along. Are you moving in now?
