Title: My HuSissy's coming home TONIGHT!
Post by: Teresa on December 14, 2005, 07:19:24 PM
My HuSissy Meghan will be home around 10:30 tonight and I'm so excited. Everytime mom tells me I start looking at the door for her. At least Meghan will know that i haven't forgotten her, even though I haven't seen her in almost 4 months.

Meg called a short while ago and said she is about 2 hours away. Luckily she is ahead of the ice storm we are expecting. This one is supposed to be pretty bad and seems pretty certain. My office has even cancelled tomorrow morning's patients. To go along with all of this, my sister-in-law is pregnant and due tomorrow. She saw the doctor today and they told her she would most likely have the baby in the next couple of days since she is now 80%effaced and 2cm dilated. This is compared to last week when nothing at all had happened. With the low pressure system coming through and the full moon, tomorrow just might be the day! Luckily Meg will be here to watch Lauren, my 8 year old neice since my mom had to have surgery this morning. She is doing fine, but disappointed that she won't be able to see the baby right after its born. Schatzi and Molly may get really confused if Meghan comes in and brings all her stuff and then leaves a couple of hours later again!

Amy gets to come home tomorrow.  Her last final is today, but she has to work tomorrow.  I keep telling Ozzy that Amy will be home soon.  He tilts his head, then starts looking around the house.

This has been a much better semester than first semester last year; no severe concussions, no room-mate fusses, and living in the sorority house is better than a dorm.  Amy thinks she has a chance at making Dean's List as well.
