Poldie's surgery went well. The vet said there were no surprises (I guess that means unexpected bad news). He is resting now. The surgical center has 24 hour staffing, so he should get good care through the night. I will call back in the morning for an update. Perhaps we can take him home tomorrow. We will need to wait for the pathologist to report as to what type of cancer it is and if it has spread.
I have been thinking about you all day. Please try to get some rest tonight. Poldie is in good hands. Bless you all.
