Oh Penny you sweet girl. You need to tell DADDY that you want a new brother or sister! I sure hope Santa brings you one but just in case he can't find just the right one for you I am sure you will get lots of treaties! Maybe some new squeeky toys to!

I think Rudy's letter would match yours - he would love to have someone to play with too - Brandy loves to snuggle and sleep and gets a wild hair every so often to play........and Rudy would also ask for tons of new toys - he is a TOY BOY !!!! Brandy would love to have a new pillow to lay on :thumb:

As the oldest and most responsible dachshund in my pack, I've taken my duties seriously my whole life. I protect my mama and my territory. I bark at strangers and out of place noises. I also bark to let mom know when someone's at the door. I think I've been doing a great job.
All I really want for Christmas is for my mom to take her mommy duties seriously as I take my job and stay home with me ALL of the time. She should not be allowed to leave because I really think she should be available to meet my needs 24/7. I also don't like being confined to the kitchen when she and my dad leave and think I should have run of the house whenever I want.
If you could work this thing out, I'd really appreciate it.

I wanna give up the kitty. She smacks my nose when I say hi. I would like to trade her fur a new sqeaky. All of my udder ones is dead. Please don't bring me a new sweater cause Mom puts it on me and I think I look dumb and I won't go outside in it. Mom already makes me wear one and I don't like it. I'd like some steak and chicken and maybe a pizza.

Dear Santapaws,
I've been a very good boy this year. I've mostly done what my mom and dad told me to. I tried really hard anways. I have a few things on my Christmas list this year:
First of all, and most importantly, could you please bring me some more FOOD. I swear my mom starves me. Dog food, people food, critters, treats....I like it all.
I'd really like to be let out my crate. I'm tired of being in there all day by myself. I wanna snuggle with the others in my family instead.
I really want to be able to kiss my family anytime I want for as long as I want to without being told to stop. Kissing is my favorite. I especially like to kiss noses.
Oh and could you also make Gwennie stop trying to dominate me? She's been doing that now that my legs don't work so well since my surgery. It's embarassing to get humped by your little sister when your mom won't let you beat the sister up. I'm still the middle dog and if you could make her stop that, I'd be so grateful.

I'm a verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry good girl. If my dad or brothers told you that I wasn't, you should remember that they lie a lot. Really if I did something bad, it is prolly really dad or mom's fault.
I would really like to have a doggie door for Christmas so I can come and go as I please. I love to hunt and race around the yard in short bursts of time. If I had a doggie door, I could do that all day long without having to ask someone to let me in/out. Just think of all the moles I could kill and bring in the house!!!
I'd also like to have a fresh warm blankie ready for me anytime I come in from the cold weather.

I've been soooooo good, and I think I am pretty lucky to have a new Mom and Dad who love me a lot, but a girl has to have stuff, right? I'd liked for you to bring me a new crate, with the handle on the inside, so I can let myself out when I want. I wanted a bigger food bowl....MUCH BIGGER!!, and I want you to make Mommy fill it all the way up, at least several times a day. She thinks I should keep my figure, but I wouldn't mind being a little fatty. So please bring me a bigger bowl and a doggie can opener.
DO NOT bring me any new harnesses. I hate harnesses, and try to eat them so they will not make me wear any. If you have to bring me one, make it out of rawhide chewies. Don't bring me any clothes, either. I like just wearing the fur I was born with, and don't want to cover it up. I think nakid puppies are the best :thumb:
I like soft toys, but don't bring beanie babies because Mom thinks those are hers. I like fat fluffy ones. Bring plenty of those new bones Mom bought...those are yummy and don't get sharp. I could also use a new couch. People keep trying to sit on mine!
If you run into God while you are up there in the air, ask Him to make Mom and Dad a little more klutzy. They never drop anything when they cook, and I really really really want some human food. They give me all the good puppy food, but the mouth wants what the mouth wants, you know??
