And today he is doing very well.
He is walking (still a bit wobbly). He has bladder control and bowel control. He is crated unless we are right there with him to supervise and make sure he is not over-doing things. I have not tried letting him sleep at night in the bigger crate with the other two yet, but maybe next week.
Roscoe hates this cold weather we are having though. He is protesting by not peeing in the mornings half of the time. The foolish boy actually holds it from 11:30pm until 5 or 6 the next evening on the days that he just won't go in the mornings. I walked him around in the 12 degree cold this morning for 12 minutes and NOTHING. He is crazy.
Anyway, Thanks for all of the rays, prayers and support from you guys over the past month. The road has not been easy, but we are glad to have our little buddy pain-free and walking again.
Crazy Booger! Will he wear a sweater or something to stay warm and pee in the mornings? I hope he does OK. Belly rubs to all your furbabies and {{HUGS}} to you!
He has done so well Krista! I am sure this has been a tough month for all of you! Roscoe is going to back to his former self before you know it! It's just wonderful to know that he improves daily. Your doing an amazing job of caring for him! He is a lucky boy!
Woo Hoo - Go Roscoe P !!!! So glad he is healing nicely !!! Go pp Roscoe - just hurry !!!
Cold weather has blown into Texas and after bundling mine up in sweaters and laying a piece of carpet down on the front walk - neither of mine will go out and do their business. I left a pp pad in the kitchen and hope they use it. We do have the sun out today but not supposed to get over freezing....
GO Roscoe GO! Good job on your healing process!!
I'm happy to hear that he is doing so well in only one month. Thats great.
That is very good news. Amy is a piddle tank to, she hates going out in the morning on the grass as she gets her pantaloons wet, but she does ask to go out the front=no grass.
Big hugs
Whoohooo!! Go Roscoe!! Keep up the good work!! :apls: :apls:
