Patches went back to the vets today this time we got a muscle relaxant today so now with 3different pills I hope she will feel better. The vet seems to think she will be Ok if we can get her pain under control only time will tell. I sure miss my  sleeping partner Patches always slept with me Buddy has his own bed next to mine he can sleep though anything.

Patches seems to have a freezing episode every 12 hours along right before she 9 :00pm gets  her pain medication so have been trying to do it different ways today gave extra Tramadol  9:00am, 2:00pm, 9:00pm she had a freezing episode at about 8:30pm. I will try  9:00am all med, 1:00pm Tramadol, then another Tramadol at 6:00pm then all meds again at 9:00 pm. Or do you think that is too much the vet said I could give more Tramadol. I signed up with Dogerslist.com but have yet to have feed back. Our vet has said nothing about giving Pepcid with all the pain meds ???? Read on Dogerslist to give it with meds ?  papbouv

So very sorry to hear how much poor Patches is suffering and you along with her.  I am afraid I do not have experience with Tramadol but we always find serving plain natural live yogurt along with the meds helps Red's sensitive stomach cope well.  Strongest rays coming over from sunny Spain for you.
Spanish Teckels, blessed to be owned by Red and Islay.
