I feed Schatzi the Wellness Small Dog Weight Control and was surprised at how well it works. I really thought she would be starving. Schatzi free feeds, so when I put the recommended amount in her bowl the first day, I was curious to see how long it would last. She actually had a little bit left the next day, and she is a pretty good eater. She has gained a little weight lately, but that has been due to more treats than usual I think and not as much exercise. That is about to change! I hope you get some good news and a great report soon.

Very dangerous for them to get in the trash but I know what you mean when we go anywhere I put all of the trash containers in the bathtub that way I know Patches will not get in them.Patches taught Buddy my 90# Doberman to get in the trash so I now have to make sure the lid is on the kitchen trash container,put the rest in the bathtub for some reason he does not bother them in there. Doberman's have a nick name of Dobergoats allot have died from eating stuff they should not its called Pica of course any breed can eat stuff they should not.Buddy stayed in a crate when we were not home until he was 2 years and 4 months old  he was done with puppy hood and being a teenager. Now I can leave them loose if I do the trash in  bathtub bit they are both 6 years old now if Buddy gets too playful with Patches she goes under the couch.

well its been about 3 weeks since new vet and shes had her 4 shots,,,,,PROGRESS! Shes loosing weight and almost has full use of her back legs,,,one of them is still turning out word and "dragy" its hard to describe,,,,,,,,,shes wanting to play more again,,, will start going for  walks next week, were feeding her evole dog food which is all natural 2/3rd cup split into 3 feedings and were starting to see her ip bones again! So encouraged that shes  going to be oklong haul though! :apls:

Great news !!!  You might ask about hydrotherapy (exercise in water) to help strengthen her back legs !
