Zeke is 10 today!

Today, Zeke hits the big one-oh.  It's hard to believe he's 10.  Seems like just yesterday he was a six month old puppy trying to tangle with Rudy-angel (Rudy got the best of him then.  Zeke still has white hairs on his snout where Rudy tagged him...but that all changed a year later when Zeke turned the tables on Rudy, kicking him off the bed).   Over the years, Zeke has proven to be the most intelligent of the dachsies I've owned...and the most stubborn!   When you consider that Rudy and Max were no dummies either, that is quite the statement (Zora isn't in their league, but she makes up for it with her sweetness and maternal instincts).  Please join me in wishing Zeke a happy barkday!
