Since I'm not the world's greatest decorator and sort of color blind to boot, what's your opinion? Chambray Blue roller shades with white tie back curtains against "friendly yellow"-Sherwin Williams color- walls with white trim? Beech laminate with brown leather loveseat and recliner.

Thanks for your input.  Oh!  And don't forget the decorative black dachshund on the brown couch.

Hi Love the colours, but looking at the wall colour I think it would kill the room, at least on my monitor its to far to the green.
know you probably don't have it over there but what I thought would be

page 21 the rich yellow
or moss mist on Page 24, but thats my humble opinion.

We get paint here called touch of so its white or cream with a touch of your colour in our place its white with a kick of grey/green. in some lights its green other sit neutral.
Get test pots and put a stip on all walls....................sorry I will get off my hobby horse.
remember you always get help while painting so said black Dahshund may be some other colour at the end, this I say from experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like the yellow but the in my opinion the rust would fade into the laminate and brown, same family
google colour wheel, it gives you compimentary colours etc. but it has to be what you want, and remember you have to wake up and face it in the morning, thats what Nick reminded me when I would have loved either black or in you face red bench tops, or splash back tiles.
