1st earthquake

Well just had the 1st earthquake that I felt & heard Patches was outside for the last potty break she started barking right by my bedroom window.I was in the bedroom at the time then heard a roaring noise then felt the floor moving really strange feeling stood in the door way when it it was  over went and let the dogs in, did not have to ask twice.Patches seemed all excited did a short zoomy.

Well, just because CA has exported some of its earthquakes to other regions doesn't mean we want any harrycanes or torsmados in our backyard.   LOL.  Glad everyone is okay.

Glad you are okay. I was just getting on here to check on you. I have friends in OK that had posted on Facebook about the crazy weather you are having right now. You all have had a strange weather year. Hope the winter is normal, at least.

I wasn't home when we had the 5.8 quake over the summer in the D.C. area.   I was home last year when we had a 2.9 quake, with the epicenter about 8 miles away.  The Zs snoozed right through that one.

We lived in California for two years without the earth shaking once.   I've now been through TWO earthquakes in Maryland (!!!) in a 12 month span.

Last year Nowata OK was at -31 degrees this summer in Tulsa it was 113 degrees not counting the heat index so who knows what kind of winter we will have. The Fur kids have coats to put on if super cold I can double coats on them both just hope we do not have another Ice Storm spent 5 days & nights in a house with no heat never again. Found out then a Doberman s teeth will chatter when it is 47 degrees in the house, Buddy was in his crate with a sweater on and covers over the crate.

Holy Moley - 'tis crazy !!!  People around the Dallas are are saying they felt it......... Glad all is ok....

Yikes! We wondered about you this weekend. I have two cousins that live in Oklahoma City and called to tell us they were fine.  One of them, Drew, works for the USGS so he had a crazy weekend. The other cousin works for the news there so he was busy too.  Glad you are all okay! Hopefully the rumbles are done now for good.   :pray:
