Can't believe this

Someone I know, who has a dachsie just posted the most ridiculous and uninformed thing on FB.  They live in NYC and while walking the dog this morning they mentioned that she ate what appeared to be thrown away chocolate and possibly chicken bones AND she didn't seem to care.  I thought this person was more informed and intelligent than that, but I guess not.  Other people who read her post think she might have been kidding, but playing with your dog's well being is not something to be taken lightly in my book.

Sounds like an idiot believe me their are many out there always feel sorry for the dogs that get stuck with them. Really should be a test to take before you can have a child or a Pet.

Barb,

I did and I did send  them the link to this site and other dachshund sites when she got the dog, but a lot of people have a mid of their own and do not take the advice of others.
