It's been awhile...

Hello to everybody... We haven't been here for quite some time, it seems like I never have a minute to myself these days...  lol  It has been a crazy busy but fun summer~~Baseball, softball, camping, the lake, playing in the river, hikes (OUCH), a trip to San Antonio for Philip & I for his job interview, and a ton of fun with family & friends.... I graduated in June, never thought that day would come and now it is gone, and I finally have my Associate's in hand, YAY... Lately I spend all of my time online searching for jobs, there is just nothing here, our kids don't want to move so I am hoping that something comes up....  This is Skylar's last year of High School, Katelyn made it to her Sophmore year and she had a 3rd back surgery in March to have her hardware removed, Jeremiah is enjoying 7th grade and is one of the star players on his football team, and my baby Shanelle has entered Middle School, she loves being in 6th grade.... EmmyLou had another seizure this summer, I blame the mix of the heat and fireworks....           It was her worst one yet, and we were finally able to afford her "big girl surgery", afterwards she adopted a stuffed bunny and would attack any of us that went near the "baby bunny", luckily for us she doesn't attack so well...  I have kept in touch with some of you, but I have definitely missed the conversations here as well... As soon as I find work, I will be able to devote my time to something fun and not job searches... lol  I hope you are all well and my condolences go out to those who have lost their best friends, and rays to you who have sick ones... We are very excited to be back, and don't tell but I am in the middle of a job search once again (I just took a break for a minute...           ) I look forward to catching up with all of you...  I am going to try to add some pics of EmmyLou enjoying her summer....  *hugs & puppy kisses to all*

We are catching up on here too. Very cute pics of Miss Emmy Lou!!!    That's funny that there is a Lake Alice picture.  We lived near Lake Alice in Nebraska for awhile. Obviously, not the same lakes, but funny that they have the same name.
