WILLY MUCH BETTER!!!

Brought Willy home Sunday.  During the day a lot of gunk drained from the abcess, or whatever it was, under his tongue.  He has an inflammed throat and that made eating difficult, as well as drinking.  Baked salmon went down very easily however.  On Monday he showed a lot of improvement......he barked!.....and he hasn't barked in 10 days.  Very unusual for Willy.  He was also able to drink water easier and was really lapping it up on Monday.  He had a re-check at the vet and they said he looked excellent and that the sore under his tongue was looking tons better.  They hadn't gotten the lab results back yet but they don't think its anything serious, like cancer.  Willy has another appointment on Friday.  Today he is even better, acting more like his old self. 

While at the vet yesterday, I about had a heart attack.  My bill showed that the Rimadyl cost $950.00!!!  YIKES!   :meme:  Turns out I was charged for 5 bottles of Rimadyl instead of 5 pills. 

Thanks for all the prayers and rays, and suggestions!!!      You guys are the best.      I will let you know the lab results on Friday.

Most likely the little booger et something he was not supposed to, like an elk or something, and a bone splinter or something got under his tongue.  Glad to hear he's better and it didn't cost ya $950.00!!!

dis is Parker: so glad you is feelin much better Willie. Dem big vet bills jus proves how much your Momma lubs you, but you might wants to take care for a widdle while.
