[Dee Dee and Hallie]

I took my first pics of Hallie since she lost her sight. I was doing a photo shoot at a rock quarry with an Akita for an ad and decided to take some of my little Princess. She still poses like a champ and is beautiful as ever! Me, not so much, the camera is not my friend when I'm in front of it but someone snuck a few pics with my camera...(she was never in any danger, always had a spotter and/or I was laying behind a rock holding her little hind leggie just in case).

It's still strange for me to see her with her eyes so wide open outdoors, with her iris atrophy, she had light sensitivity so would usually squint a bit in the natural light. :(

The paw print picture is of her paws behind the Akita's paws we were doing the photo shoot with.

your Hairy friend down under here, don't mother's moan when they are in front of the camera......................hope dat biggggg doggie dat made those big prints was all locked up................and your mum is lucky your eyes were open mine are neeeeeeeeeeeeeever open when da camera comes out and now treats are out of da question  I'm keepin ma peepers closed.

mum here: Ms H you are a stunner, and so is your mum, funny how people get hold of cameras when your are not looking Dee Dee. Jane has worked mine out. She is looking great, get out and do normal...........my princess pudding is actually got ribs....................All I can say is go girls go

Fantastic pics!  And, with her eyes wide open in sun, it makes her look more like Sophie, who only squints if I rub the special spot by her ear.  I love her "heroine" pose...aloof, and yet so beautiful.  That one needs a caption!
