Spanish Teckels

we have been thinking of you and hoping you had a snuggly, safe night and good breakfast this morning.  Enjoy the cuddles and attention and score all the sympathy treats you can.

Well Miss Menace did a good job this morning of making me concerned by refusing her breakfast and looking forlornly at me. I quickly rustled up some microwave scrambled egg......which she immediately wolfed down. I fear she is trying to retrain me as she quite happily had some dried food right afterwards too. Mr T watched in horror!!!

Clever wee girlie learns so quickly...doesn´t Tristan deserve eggies for his nursing duties and you a great, big, icy G & T ( or similar) later on to reward yourself too?

Be careful: Miguel started picking Islay up in his arms to carry her down to the beach for her "walk" when she was just spayed and still expects him to do the same now, many moons later.  She walks fine once she is down there but feels touching the lift floor with her dainty Princess pawsies is beneath her.  Obviously he HAS to carry both Red and Islay when he goes down using the marble staircase which is way too dangerous for dachsies.  Sweet little habits are soooo easy to get used to.

Wishing you all a pleasant day and snuggly good recovery with no jumping.

Scrambled eggies are  a MUST when you have had the surgery....... remember that mommy needs to wait on you hand and foot for.....ummmmmm.....several weeks

Delia and girls

Glad she's doing better. It's so hard to take them in for that since they are perfectly healthy. But, it's over now and each day will be better than the one before.

As for Islay and Ivy milking it ... they are SO much smarter than we give them credit for!!!!!
