This reminds me of something my Twinkie angel would do.  At times she would have back feet stuck out like that and crawl around using just front legs! The first could times it scared the heck out of me because all i could think was her body wasn't working. But she did that not regular but once in a while.  I ended up calling her a seal when she did it!!
