They're five weeks tomorrow, can you believe it?  I took these on Tuesday.  Junebug is feeling much better-still wheezing a bit when under stress, but a dramatic difference from one week ago.  Everyone has my sincere thanks for the rays.

Their little ears are starting to get wavy, their teeth are all in (and SHARP!) and puppy sass is fully intact.  I'm now really glad we have an even number-they never have a situation where one is left out of the play.

Here's a little video of them playing in their pen, too.  Junebug is the one on the far left when it starts-can you tell she feels better?

What sweethearts.....and cuties!!  The video is wonderful.....and yes, you can tell that Junebug is feeling better!!  Yea!!!!!! :hello2:

Okay, even cuter.  My dad took this picture while I was at work.  It's Cricket, sleeping with her favorite toy, the bobo.

And this was from last weekend-Ladybug being cuddled by my (almost) 7 year old niece, Alyssa.

Delia and girls

Kathleen, they are beyond adorable!!!!! Do you plan to keep any of them?

Kathleen

Thanks everyone.  I adore them-it's going to be so hard to let any of them go.

Delia, I'm hoping to keep one and I'm pretty sure I will.   I'm eyeballing Cricket right now as my pick, but they'll be evaluated for show potential by a very experienced show breeder at 6 and 8 weeks, and once the obvious pets have been eliminated, one more time at 12 weeks.  If there are two girls that are show quality (Ladybug is looking good, too), I have a friend that will co-own one of them with me.   I'm having them temperament tested too, to try to find them the best match for homes possible.

I'm pretty sure Junebug is going to be sold as a pet, regardless of her conformation though.  I'm worried that the pneumonia might have damaged her lungs somewhat and constantly going to dog shows and being exposed to kennel cough and the like would be a concern.  I won't take the risk with her health.    And I think Tango, despite her absolutely stellar temperament, isn't going to cut the mustard physically.   She's so petite (I'm betting she'll be lucky to hit 9 pounds as an adult), light in bone and doesn't have much front to her. I'm hoping I can find her someone who wants to do agility or obedience or earthdog with her.  She's just such a fun little puppy, no fear at all.

I awed out loud for every picture too! SOOOOO adorable.

And only going to get cuter with time. Verrrry dangerous lol. I'm sure the ones you won't be keeping will find great homes! Who could resist them.

Dan has been talking about it......he sure misses his Misty Girl, and so do I.

Kathleen

I took the puppies outside today twice-I actually remembered the camera the second time  :2funny:  It was perfect weather, not too hot and not too chilly for them, and they had such fun.  This is pretty picture heavy.

I agree Miss Hallie needs a play mate.Remember puppies make dogs young, she could show the puppy the ropes about being a super model like she ( Miss Hallie )is.

OMG they make you swoon! That last one biting the flip flop...   darling! Love to see the pack behavior with the pups. The crew looks like they are all very good with the babies.

Yeah all I can say is it's a good thing Kathleen doesn't live near me anymore. LOL.

They do remind you of Ingrid don't they Roberta!

It would be the perfect time, Patty. Nothing heals like a puppy, and I think your heart could use something to make it have some joy right now. I think of you often.

The flip-flop biter is Tango.  Naturally   She's such an active, fun little puppy-I honestly don't know where her temperament came from, but I love it.  Junebug just loves to be cuddled-you can hold a chew for her and she'll sit on your lap forever.   Junie reminds me of her mom and has from the beginning.  She is generally laid back, but has some attitude when she wants to.

BonniesMom

Oh my goodness!  I just can't get enough of their sweet faces!
