Soap Box time have to Vent a Little

Next door neighbor they do not know nothing about dogs have a fenced yard in front screened in porch live on it they have a Schnauzer dog has a really high pitched bark & barks at every thing.He is scared of everything too told them when the dog was a pup how to socialize him not too much work. Now a family member has a 5 week old Boxer pup male poor little thing you can see his hip bones and all of his ribs. I told them get a can of goats milk cut it with water about half & half put it over his puppy food take him to the vet to see if he has worms too.Wish they had a law to prevent people from selling pups younger than 8 weeks should be that way every where in the USA one of my Pet Peeves. Sorry for venting but have to get on my soap box once in awhile.Papbouv

Oh God, its so hard to witness this stuff and not being able to get the owners to do anything.  Its a downright shame, and the poor dog.  Holy Sh*t, I just don't know what one can do to help in a situation like this.

I agree with Patty it is so awful to watch something like this and not be able to do much about it. What is wrong with people WHY get an animal if you aren't going to take care of it, makes no sense to me!

It's a shame, but we see this everyday, unfortunately.  It's hard not to be able to do anything about it, unless you see the animal being abused.
