I took drastic actions and dug up the street, here are the pictures to prove it:





Yep I dug up the street in front of the neighbors house so mom couldn't get out.

There was a sewage pipe break next door and they had the street tore up from 8 AM to 10 PM.  I could have gotten out by the other street, but the city had me blocked in with a city truck so we were home from 10 AM til 10 PM.  All is fixed now.
