Does anyone have current news of Krista Schmidt and her poosers? The last I knew, she had moved to the NC mountains near Cullowhee and Chloe was slow in recovering from her disk surgery. I hope there is better news now!

I saw Krista last December and I believe she was in town to visit Delia not too long ago.  Chloe never fully recovered - but is hell on wheels with her cart and is learning her own way of getting around home without the cart.    If I remember correctly, Krista said she was able to use her legs some.  Amazing, since the docs gave her no hope at all.  You can never put a good doxie down     GO CHLOE !!!!  She is such a cutie pie....I hope that they will check in.....

Thanks for the update, Barb. After having one dachsie who was cart-proficient (Mercedes), I know how well they can do with those. Glad to hear she's adapted! Maybe they will check in in response to Krista (ObRRG)'s email invitation to the new board...

Reading your post made me wonder about her too.  I know she and Delia keep in touch, so I called Delia and Krista visited them in March and Delia got an email from her recently.  Chloe is doing great.  She gets around the house on her own.  She goes and does just about anything in her cart.  Linus is still the grump and Krista is doing well.

she's a busy girlie with her Marian the Librarian job and rumor has it... a new sweetie!!  :)
