Where?  Grays Harbor County Fairground Pavillion and Expo Center in Elma, WA

What?   Races, Contests, Vendors, Rescues, Food, Free Activities, and more!!!

To Benefit?     Local and National Dachshund Rescue and to Promote All Animal Rescue in The Pacific Northwest

Admission? $2.00  a day  (Parking and children 5 and under are FREE)

Event Pre-Registration fee? $8.00 or $20 for any 3 events Day-of registration will be $10 per event

The hotel is booked solid and we have several dogs registered online already. Check out our web page for the weekend schedule. We've added some new all breed events. We may be doing a segment on New Day Northwest as well to promote the event and AHDRS. Day of registration will be available for all events as well, but we cannot guarantee a race spot in proper size and weight categories of not pre-registered. We have some people coming from Cali, Oregon, and Idaho too!

Very cool! Is there a contest for the dachshund that travelled the farthest?

I know she usually asks and gives something nice out to the person who has.... if she doesn't plan to I think I will add that myself. We'll make up a nice gift bag. She had someone from Australia at one of her events last year!

We'll be there! I saw your flyer at the Sparling Vet Clinic and looked you up on your web site. We're looking forward to it. We would like to enter the best dressed group, is pre registration required or can we register at the event?

Cool, Sparling is where we take all of our dogs.

You can pre-register or wait until event day, either way works. Of course the more people who pre register helps us figure out what to expect that weekend a bit better, but either way works just fine.

Isn't Anna awesome, down to earth and cheap!  :thumb: She's been our vet too since the early 1980s. (wow I'm old!).

Yes, she is. Saves us a ton of money witht he rescue. NO one will give rescue discounts these days, so it helps a ton!

I will for sure, I'll be the tall gawky lady with the black and tan longhaired girl in a hula skirt. I'll have a couple of friends with us!

Anna is good about helping! We go in every 3 weeks for Hallie's allergy shot.
