Husband was diagnosed with celiac disease recently, so we have been busy making all the necessary dietary adjustments.

Ozzy is great.  I think he knows something is different.  If hubby sits down on couch, Oz is right by him, plastered to his leg.

Ozzy is seven years old now; showing a little gray on the muzzle.  Still very playful and has not slowed down one bit.
Luke Skywalker:  "I, I don't believe it!"  Yoda:  "That is why you fail."

Both my sister are gf. Once you start reading labels it gets real easy. I also have a gf home as one of my sister's becomes very ill if there is the slightest bit of contamination and she visits a lot. I have dinner parties and nobody notices that everything is gf. I was married for 2 years before my husband noticed our home was gf lol. He eats anything and as long as it's good, he doesn't complain. Join a gf group and you will find tons of recipes to play around with. I think the worst part will be having to get used to not eating in restaurants, although in a large city gf restaurants and menu's are becoming popular. Good luck and take care. You might even enjoy your life style change once you get used to it.

I am glad to see you back.  What is celiac disease, and what is "gf"?
Our doxies are very preceptive, they do know when something is amiss.

In laymans terms coeliac disease is basically a digestive disorder affecting absorption in the gut which, in this case, means a gluten intolerance, i.e.: have to use gluten free flour etc.
