Tris is (not very) pleased to announce that he is a big brudder now to little Ivy, born 5th August 2009 - a little toots of a mini smooth dachsie with a lot of impishness.  She moved in to the Douglas household on the evening of the 23rd, just before we got snowed in.  She eats like a little horse, torments her big brudder and likes to trail large shoes around the house xxxxxx Merry Christmas everyone!!!! Loads of love and licks from Gail, Tristan and Ivy xxxxxxxxxx

Wow - and what a pixie!   The only thing better than a dachsie, would be multiples.  Maybe she's the one who will follow in her sister-angel's footsteps, from the sound of things!  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
owned and operated by Mirrim, Lessa, and Torene, also forever by angels Friedrich, Heidi, Gretl, Siglen, Sorcha, Brekke, Rowan, Robinton, and Bastian.

What a perfect name for this Christmas blessing.  You should have known that once you posted back on the WW board, the dogapult would be in action again! Hopefully, Tris will be on his best behavior and keep his tricks to himself for awhile. Ivy will have enough puppy tricks of her own to keep you busy!

Ivy sure is a little cutie.  I'm sure Tristan will soon be showing her all the tricks in his book.
There's nothing like having a dachshund tongue up your nose at 3 a.m.

Merion

Congratulations on Ivy.

It does take a while for the older ones to get used to them.
Zack loves Zena but I wasn't too sure about it when we first got her because he could get too rough with her.

Have a wonderful time with them over the holidays.

Nice
You know there's not a day that goes by that I don't laugh my butt off at Carmen, the 8 month old pup DRNA surrender, that I have. Everyday she brings a little joy to the world I live in.

What an adorable face!!  She does look a bit of an imp in that second picture!  :)
