I played "demur" in front of my fwiends, but there are lots of good things in my future apparently! Yeay!! Once I realized this wasn't a toe choppin', I relaxed.

The lil girls with us were hanging on every word and even my buddy Max watched and took notes! The last one I was going "MOM! Put the camera down!" but she didn't listen...

Check out the expressions on the girls faces in the first pic...they were hanging on her every word. Now they both want to be fortune tellers which is not going to make their Doctor Dad's very happy LOL.

Ha yes Roberta she is going to live a very loooong and hairy life!

Did she have her tarot cards read?

No but Gwyn and I did. I kept getting the devil card and she kept saying it wasn't necessarily bad...I said I wanna go home now.

Although there are individual interpretations, typically, the Devil is not about Satan or evil.  The picture on the card is usually of Pan or Dionysius and it is about strong passions or addictions.  It can also be about being too restrained and not allowing passions and strong feelings in your life to be realized.  They card also usually has a man and a woman with chains about their necks, but the chains are large enough for them to easily remove the chains, so it can also be about not freeing ourselves to enjoy the pleasures of life.  It can also be about ambition or the lack of realizing your ambitions.  It can also represent a very strong willed or powerful man.  It all can depend on where in the reading the card comes up and if it is upright or inverted.  I agree with your reader, it isn't always a bad thing.

OK Miss Nikki....HOW did you know all that? Do you have a side job we don't know about?
I certainly hope there isn't a strong willed man in my future... :thinik: That just wouldn't work for Hallie and me. Heh.
Do you read pawlms too??????

Well, I have many talents and interest!  The strong willed man could be in your life in a variety of ways.  Could be a client, or family member.  Like I said, depends on where in the spread it shows up and if upright or inverted, but it isn't a bad card.  Can mean a bit of wild abandon and fun!  Maybe it is Hallie's running crazies!      Don't read pawlms.  Maybe that is something that I can start studying up on and embark on a new career. LOL!
