We Iz So Tired......

Sarge n Duggie here.......We iz so tired...even after a good night's sleep!  We had a busy day yesterday guarding the house!  Our new "doggie sidewalk" and a patio area was put in yesterday!  And, we was banned from the area for the day and evening and still are this morning.  Mom fixed us up with a little area yesterday on the back deck with a little gravel area by the front gate (to do our business) so we was able to go out and check on the work in progress throughout the day.  Once the side fences were put back up (we have three large removal panels of cyclone fence so that it makes getting into our backyard and the neighbors area) then Mom moved the x-pens to block off the area getting to the new patio pad and our walkway so we had a larger area!  Duggie barked so much....everytime they had the bobcat running.... that he made himself hoarse by last night!   Anyhow, that was a lot of work and we iz still tired!  Mom plans to go out this morning and smooth the area where we still have some gravel (She and Dad say that they are going to have the area still in gravel made into a concrete pad but that will be down the road a few months.  Says she needs to save her pennies to have that done, too!)  The concrete guys sezs we are spoiled rotten to have our own sidewalk.....but they know how we doxies are!  One of the guys that was here has a doxie named Rudy (he is a black and rust smooth) and he is two years old!  And, he is spoiled rotten too! Mom and Pop are planning to get a Garden Gazebo to set up on the far end of the patio......it will have a cover and also screens (to keep the bugs out) so we can sit and enjoy the evenings!  Well we are going to go back to bed.....we'll have Mom post some pictures later!

dis is Parker: you guys is lucky to have your very own sidewalks. When you chase the critters off it, it keeps your toes twim so they won't needs to be chopped so often.
I doesn't have a sidewalk, not even in fronts of my house but i has a cement pool deck that I likes to race around. Dere was dem bunnies on it today, and I twid chasin dem in to da pool but they squeezed under da fence.
When I chase da ducks they hope in da pool. Momma says I has to be careful not to falls in. She neber lets me in da pool yard unless she watchin. It's my favorite yard.

Pictures will be coming.....I still need to download them......and, tomorrow, my nephew is coming to set up our new Gazebo!  The boys love their new walkway!

OMG ! All the changes sound wonderful! I'm anxious to see pictures too especially since Delia and I got to see the "before" in person. You 2 are lucky puppers Sarge and Duggie!
