 ...........well I did get some FUR. I'll let mum tell it ans if she gets it wrong I'll tell you MY version......AmY

My sister has had surgery to reseat a nerve in her arm, so I am on horsey rug duty for a while. I had gone down th ehill to her place and we just got started when it sounded as if my pair up the hill were getting murdered. But they sometimes do it when someone comes in as they acnnot see till the door is opened. So thought nothing of it.
Got back up the hill some time later, to find most of the blinds up and two dogs that look as if they had ran a marathon ( Yes Duggie and Sarge they need some training from you). Apparently a rather dumb bunnie hopped the full length of the verandah, and they could see the image through the blinds and went nuts. They spent 15 mins running up and down the windows and from room to room yelling at Nick to "open the door idiot, we want OUT'. Nick was gesturing behind me and the rabbit was sitting so still I thought it  as a rock, so he took of towards the cars and down the back, we thought it was gone..........................NO, we gae them dinnie and they always go out for wee's and girlies post dinner..............well Madam found the rabbit, it had been hiding behind the bins and the fence, we called them in using torches to see Amy with a large tuft of bunnie fur sticking out her mouth and a face that said "I got it, I got it, so let me out the front................MUM"
We found another tuft behind he bin in the morning when another 1/2 hr postmortum was done on the area...............
I have not seen her as animated in a long while.

I bet Amy had a blast! It's very cool to see their instinct kick in like that but you can't help but feel sorry for the bunny. Way to go, wee Amy!

Dee Dee and Hallie

Wow Amy girl! Instinct really is amazing. It would suck to be a bunny on many levels wouldn't it! I'm sure Hallie has some hunting instinct in there but it hasnt' woken up yet I put her in an ex pen with a bunch of bunnies once and she was mothering them. Just watch for snakes out there kids! (have you seen any yet Roberta?)

I can just see them running from window to window!   :2funny:   Good thing that bunny was fast, otherwise Amy would have had him for dinner.
