Mom just ordered this for me

Now I have three strollers! We need a bigger house for all my stuff. See we have the blue "shopping" stroller...and the green "SUV" kittywalk stroller, and now we will have a hiking stroller. Since I am a maturing Princess *whaaa!!!* Mom doesn't let me talk as long of walks as we used to, so now she can get her long walks in and I can walk as long as I feel like it then I can get a ride the rest of the way.  :thumb: This one has bigger and pneumonic wheels so it won't be bumpy like my other two would be on trails. Mom sez when it comes and if we like it good we will sell my kittywalk one...I want to keep 'em all though!

Now we just need a double decker shopping cart so there is room inside the cart for stuff we buy! As it is there is only room for meeee.

That's a pretty impressive set of wheels.   Pneumatic wheels make a huge difference, both in rolling resistance and smoothness.   Your mom may want to get a spare tube and/or a patch kit (unless the wheels are tubeless?).   I'm sure getting a flat would not be a lot of fun with that.

We're anxious to get it and try it out I'm going to fit it with all those stay cool products to keep her comfy and refreshed on her outings...I don't want her to get too comfy though she will have to get her exercise too! This will only be for walks that are several miles long.

I'm so glad you said that David, I didn't know how much of a difference it really would make (pneumatic vs the hard wheels) I'm glad it will make it a lot better, I had taken her out when she was nearing the end of her recovery period with her back before, in our other one to give her some new sights and even on sidewalks, we went right back because it was very bumpy on every little rock. So this will be great. I see I even spelled it wrong the first time, "pneumonic" LOL. I also was wondering about getting a flat...I doubt if triple A would come to our rescue! And you are right that would not be good if we are a few miles from the car. I will have to get a kit to have on hand. Thanks!!

Well, there's definitely a reason that bicycles and cars have pneumatic tires versus solid tires.   Tire pressure adjustments can help soften the ride, too.   Since Hallie is a probably lighter than some of the dogs the cart is designed for, you could get away with running a few pounds lower pressure for a softer ride (but with more rolling resistance).   It looks like the side wheels are standard 20" wheels, I'm not so sure about the size of the front wheel.  You can get a tire repair kit from a bike store:  A spare tube (or a patch kit), a mini pump and some tire levers.

Wow! That looks pretty comfy! Strollers rock!

You are right David the weight limit is 45 lbs and Hallie at 12 should have plenty of room to move around in there. I think I read the wheels are 16"...but we'll see when they get here. Good to know about the air pressure I wouldn't have known to adjust the air for the kind of ride we want! I'll definitely get some kind of kit to take with us wouldn't want to be stranded on the side of a trail with a flat. I'm going to have to get a bumper sticker for it like the one on my van plate "I'm driving Hallie's Limo" or maybe "Driving Miss Hallie".

Yeah Delia you Laura and I could have quite the stroller party at the mall LOL! (do you think we could get Ron to come? )
