Got this from the Abs diet cookbook

1 Whole Wheat English muffin toasted
1 Slice Canadian Bacon
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Apple Slice

Spread peanut butter on English muffin.  Add Canadian bacon and apple slice(1 use dried apples.

This is the best and very quick to make.
