Dis new guy's not so bad....

Dis is Porky Pie.... I had to go to dis new vet guy today.  I was really really REALLY scared, but dey tweated me okay dere.   My mama had to gib dem copies of all my old vet wecords. We had a pile, because of my many unfortunate twubbles dat find me.       When da vet was looking dem ober he said, "Sheesh, for young fella you've had a lot of life experience."      He said it while he was laffing.   He said he neber heard of a doggie eating a moth bar before, or a doggie getting his paw stuck in a toy, or a doggie...well you get da dwift...   

While we were waiting for dat docta dude, dis nursie lady was trying to get me to cuddle wif her.  Um...I onwy cuddle wif my mom fank you!    I was shaking like cwazy and den she put her lips on my head.  I calmed right down.  But as soon as she'd move dose lips, I'd shake again.       What can I say...I'm a charmer.       Dat lady was real nice until she had to stick somefing in my heinie!   :crazyeyes:   She said she was taking my temperature.          Den da vet guy petted me all ober and looked at my teef.   

Here's da part I hate!!!   He said I need to lose a whole pound, which means a diet.    :crazyeyes:  I weighed 10.4 ounces.   I still look pwetty twim, but I need to work out or somefing.       AND....he gibbed me a shot.       He said my teefers were kinda dirty, but not bad.   Oh, and he gab me some of dat stinky flea stuff.   Yuck!    He told mama to bwush my teef TWO times a day!   I werking on hiding dat toofbwush fing now.   

Here's da good part!! He gibbed mama a bag of special tweats for my teef.   Dey are supposed to help clean my teef.   Mama sez she kinda doesn't know bout dem since dey are science diet, but dey were fwee, so we'll gib dem a twy.         Its actually food, but he said jus gib me 3 pieces wif my meals.    Iffen I don't like dem, we won't get dem again.    And den he told my mama I need to take some of dat fishy oil stuff on my food too.    :meme:  Dat stuff is good!   

Oberall, I fink dis new guy is okay.   My mama sez he was amazing!   He is da firstest vet to notice my cwooked toes in da back.   He sez dey are normal since dey are bilatewal.   Whateber dat means...    

Well I gotta go take a nap, all dis writing and da vet visit wore me out!

Yea Porky...we are glad you got a good report from the doctor and that you like him....sounds like he is an okay guy....all except for that diet stuff...But he did give you those free treaties....so he really sounds like he is very nice!!!

dis is Parker:  I went to the doctor today too, and got one of them shot things. I didn't cry or anything, cause I'm a good boy. They has lots of pwetty ladies there, and I met a puppy too that was way bigger them me. He was fun till he stepped on me. Den he gots in twble.
I'm glads you like your dr, they is usually pwtty good guys.

I'm in the dog house too gaining weight in the winter is normal just like loosing weight in summer is normal I'm sure you will have that weight off in no time more exercise I guess.
