I know I've been gone for a while life has been crazy! First off we are back to a single Pupper household Brownie went to live with a work friend of my husband in early December. Brownie is very dominate and bossy toward Hunny and would pick a fight with out any reason other then Hunny was to close to her. They would be fine for months and then wham, but the last fight I ended up getting bitten and needing stitches and so did Hunny. Brownie is Happy being a only dog and Hunny has come back to life. We also found out at Hunny last vet visit she has a congenital heart condition. It isn't anything we have to worry about right now, the Vet did say not to over exert her or stress her and I believe that it was the stress of having Brownie that brought the heart condition to light. For now Hunny has had x-rays and echo cardiograms done and the vet wants to do a sonogram mainly to determine if it is safe to give her anesthesia so she can get things like her teeth cleaned. Life is starting to settle down somewhat here now. Hunny is doing good and my hand (what got bitten) is healing I had some nerve damage but it looks like it's going to heal completely. hope to be around more often now.

P.s. hope you like the pic of Hunny showing off her pretty bling it was an early Christmas present I just couldn't wait to put it on her!

Ouch! I'm glad your hand and Hunny's bite are getting better.    Dog fights are nasty things.    I love the picture of Hunny!

Hey Lisa, glad to see you pop in.  I'm sure that Brownie is super happy.  Sometimes things just don't work out but as long as there's a happy solution then things are great.

We adopted 9 year old Bonnie in October.  She is also a bit on the dominate side, but it sounds like not as much as Brownie.  We really keep close tabs on her and it seems she's only bossy dominant when I'm in the picture.  Bonnie had been in the big bed but there were way too many growls and since I didn't want no middle of the night fights, we've moved her into a crate that after different places in the ho use, we've settled right by the bed.  She seems to do well there.

Anyway, welcome back.  Hunny, you look MARVELOUS in your bling.

Glad to see you check in! Hunny is adorable!!

Bi Lisa.  I am glad Brownie found a good home and things are getting back to normal.  Hunny looks so beautiful in her bling!!!!  I hope the sonogram turns out with some good news regarding her heart condition.  Glad your hand is healing nicely.  Take care!
