:thumb: :thumb !!! If you to see a good movie go see Marley&Me! It is a gooooooooooooooooood one! My family and I went to see it Sat Jan 3! Then I think on the 17 of this month another good one is coming out by the previews called Hotel For Dogs! We want to see that one also!

We saw this today. Just be sure to take tissues. There are many funny scenes, but you are definitely going to cry. Meg really wants to see something funny before she leaves on Friday, so we may try to do that tomorrow night. She has seen three movies and all of them have either been serious movies or, like Marley, made her cry.

That looks like a really cute movie, I too can't watch it though because I know I'll cry. We went to see Yes Man instead it was pretty funny. The other one about the dog motel looks really good too.

My only hope is they have not taken it to far from the book, which I loved but  cried at the end..........the  only way I got round it was what a marverlous life Marley had and the impression he left on the family. So I'll remember the tissues for the film.

I want to see both of those movies as well.  I'm with Roberta, I hope they follow the book closely.  It always bugs me when they base a movie off a book and then change everything about the story.

We all went to see Benjamin Button when Julie and Alex were here for the holidays.  Absolutely fabulous movie...very long.... and another that you will definately need the tissues for.

Thanks for the warning, Terri. I think we may wait a week or so for this one. I don't think I can handle anymore tears at the movies right now.

You must go to www.johngroganbooks.com and read about Woodson, the lab puppy that was given to the Grogans by the producer of Marley. He played one of the young Marley's in the movie. He has joined Gracie as one of their family members. John Grogan has a link to an article he had in USA Weekend on his site and it is a must read.

Marley & Me was a very good funny and yes sad at the end. But it's like owning a dog there is so much fun and happy times vs the sad times, after all Marley lived a long time just like most of ours and they don't last forever and it's so sad to say goodbye but the lives they share with us is so heartfelt you have to go see it..
