Know Buddy is not a Dachshund but a honorary one so here is his story today my sister & I went to the store left Patches in her crate( she poos on Daddy's bed + not a good idea to leave both loose). I left Buddy loose in the house for about an hour, so when I get home I'm looking around to see if he did any damage.Did not see anything so he goes running by me I hear Jingle Bells. Buddy is running around and I hear Jingle Bells coming from his mouth he stole the little Reindeer off the top of the TV he is biting on it when he bites on it it plays Jingle Bells. I get a dog cookie and trade him for the little stuffed Reindeer that plays Jingle Bells scared he would eat it. He was so proud of himself running around playing Jiggle Bells good thing he likes cookies.

:2funny:  Buddy is so talented he can play jingle bells from his mouth :2funny:  How Cute!  I am glad you got to trade it from him for a cookie.  Good thing he didn't swallow the poor little reindeer!!

LOL! Good thing he didn't eat it or there would be jingle bells playing from his tummy!

DeeDee that why I was so happy he did not eat it must have a battery in it somewhere not good for the tummy. Dobermans are really bad at eating things they are not suppose too allot of them die from eating socks. I for one could not afford surgery for him going to try and get him on pet insurance like Patches has.

My friend had a dobie (who won the nationals...as a neutered dog!) who had a soap fetish. She had to keep the bathroom door closed always, he would watch for his chance and if he got it he'd run in and grab the bar of soap and chew it. It would be all caked up into his teeth you'd think it would have tasted awful but he was nuts about it.

I'm glad Buddy is fine (and the "Santalope" too! :)) Pet insurance would be a great idea!

DeeDee were Nuticals involved "(who won the nationals...as a neutered dog!) "Very interesting winning the Nationals with a dog that is fixed male Dobermans seem to be a handful even if fixed they say they are loyal , Intelligent, want to please, and good watch dogs so far I have not seen any of those behaviors in Buddy. The breeder keeps telling me his brain is arriving when he is 3 years old that will be in April so we will see.Patches is my watch dog I think she would bite some one if they were hurting me???she might get a ankle.
Merry Christmas hope Santa is good to you both.
