My parents flew in to visit me for Thanksgiving, so I had a great Thanksgiving this year.  Reilly absolutely fell in love with my mom, and wasn't happy at all when she left Friday to go home.  I was at loose ends on Saturday after they left, so I decided to do the test shots for Christmas pictures.  These are just to decide if this is the setup I really want.  I have a friend who's a pro who does the actual pictures for me.   I wanted to show you these though.  I thought they were pretty hilarious.  They look like demon dogs from the flash, and when I turned the flash off, well, some heads disappeared  :2funny:

And this is from a few weeks back, but a cute video of playing puppers.

I love them. I wish I could get my boys to sit still long enough to pose!! I think I like the first one the best though. They all look like they are really looking through the camera and saying "Happy Holidays" Very nice pictures.

I am a better person because I have my Mimi and Tuttle and now Carson!!!

Hah.  They're all up on the grooming table, so they're smart enough to know it's too far down to jump.  And they're pretty well squashed in there, so getting them to not move was easy  :thumb:  Plus, I was holding up a piece of pupperoni, so they were mesmerized.

Merlin, they're in this order.  Millie, Reilly, Winston, Murphy.

"Murphy the Green-Eyed Dachshund"     (Sung to "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.")

Murphy, the Green-Eyed Dachshund,
had two eyes that were quite green.
They were the most beau-ti-ful
Anyone had ever seen.

But all the Red-Eyed dachshunds
Used to laugh and call him names-
They never let poor Murphy
Play in all their Red-Eyed games.

Then one night when traffic snarled,
Santa came to say,
"Murphy with your eyes so green,
Won't you clear the traffic scene?"

Then all the Doxies loved him,
As they yipped and yapped with glee:
"Murphy, the Green-Eyed Dachuhund
You'll go down in history!!""
