....its nighttime and the boys are snuggled in bed and doing that deep breathing thing.

Simon does the same thing...very soothing sound.Sometimes though that deep breathing turns into some deep snoring so Jane or I have give him a little gentle readjustment.

You're lucky, it sounds like Larry, Moe & Curley sometimes at my house.  (and then the dawgs fall asleep... :2funny:)

 I have to get up to  get a drink during the night and Annie is right there by my pillow waiting for me to come back and gives me unlimited kisses even though I've only been gone for 5 minutes.Blusky is happy to see me come back as well wanting a belly rub.

Ha!  Unlimited kisses, that's my Maddie grrrrl.  I swear, she only stops when she sprains her tongue.  I love it when you're getting ready to go to sleep and have a wiener up against your side and they do that special "contented ready to go to sleep" sigh.  Sometimes if Maddie is restless-Bonnie still prefers her crate and we prevent the growlies-if Maddie is restless, I'll initiate a "CRTGTS" sigh and many times, she'll settle right down with her own sigh.  LOVE IT!

Cold and rainy this past weekend and I had all 3 dogs piled on me keeping me warm.
