What do you call a dachshund that keeps finding an escape route from the backyard (but only if she sees a cat next door)?

Schatzi will occasionally decide to go under the fence if she sees a cat in the yard next door. Everytime I think I've found the weak spots, she finds another one! I've been trying to find the fence stakes to use, but the place in town that has them wants 4.00 a piece for them. I did find them online, so I guess I'll be ordering them. She doesn't dig out, she just sees something and quickly finds a place she get through to get at it. It's the instant gratification thing!
