An Apple a Day

Here is a picture of myself and Jessica while she is eating an apple for her nightly snack. Note the close proximity of the Zs to Jessica during this. They definitely had a genuine interest in the apple!

Don't worry, once Jessica was finished with the apple, I let the Zs go to work on polishing it off. Here is a picture of the two of them sharing the apple. There was no growling, just each one working on "their" side of the apple. Although, if I just dropped the apple on the ground, Zora would abscond with it. She even looks like she is trying to steal it in this pic:

Jessica's birthday is today (9/22) as well. She is 5 years old. I can't believe it, and am having a hard time grasping that I am now the parent of a 5 year old.

She was just a little thing when I started on the board. It was in January of 2004, so she was 4 months old. She is a beautiful little girl. Time does go by too fast!
