OHHHHHH!  Cute overload!      I love Bassets.  If I had space I'd have at least 3 dogs.  2 dachsies and a basset.  OR maybe a dachsie, a basset and a beagle.  I LOVE dose hound dawgs.

I remember one time Rudy-angel came across a female basset when he was a puppy.  He thought the Basset was his mom. 

One of our neighbors has a bassett pup.  The dog is all ears and nothing else!  Their ears even make Zeke's mega-floppy ears look small.

Dave's brother and sister-in-law have two.....Mylo Dawg and Ruby D.  I just took some pictures of both on Saturday while we were there for a family BBQ.  They love to have their picture taken and will pose for you!  Dee
