Chat Rule:  First person in announces that chat is open.

Hope everybody's o.k. that I posted this.  It sounded kinda rude, the way I phrased it.  Hope no one is offended!  My bad.

I just thought it would be good to know if people are chatting.  I'm just getting used to a chat room.
